Candidates, No Fees There are no fees for our candidates. Our Employer Fee Agreement The employer fee will be based upon 20 percent of the employee's first year's estimated gross earnings upon hire. Fee due within 30 days. Our Terms With Employers In the event the employee leaves, or is terminated for any reason (except as the result of a layoff) within 30 days from the date of employment, SHE Solutions, LLC will credit the employer the amount of the fee, if the employer paid the full fee for the employee within 30 days after the employee started their employment. SHE Solutions, LLC recommends the prospective employer conduct their own evaluation of the candidate. In the event that a candidate is unsatisfactory, the employer's only recourse against SHE Solutions, LLC is to terminate the employee within 30 days and receive a replacement as previously stated. All information presented by SHE Solutions, LLC concerning a candidate is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without expressed written consent.
