You can now take the 16 Hour SSTA (Southwest Safety Training Alliance) Construction Course online!  Each student that wants to complete the SSTA 16 Hour Construction Course online will need to complete the attached SSTA Student Registration form, and fax it to me at 866-744-5325.

SSTA, SHE Solutions Student Registration Form

The total cost for each online student is $369.  (online fees for the 10 Hour OSHA & six 1 hour classes, plus Member SSTA student fee and administrative fees)  The cost is $219 per person for the online classes.  That payment is paid through the secure website.  In addition there is the $150 per student fee (your SSTA Member price, it would be $75 per student higher if you were not an SSTA Member) to be paid to SHE Solutions, LLC to cover the student fee and administration fee.

When I have the Student Form, the online courses are complete, and I have received the student fee - I turn in the form to the SSTA, and the SSTA Card is issued.

The purpose of the Arizona based non-profit SSTA is to improve safety awareness and performance on construction job-sites. SSTA is made up of manufacturing companies, general and specialized contractors, building trades/crafts organizations, educational entities, municipalities and others with a keen interest in safety. Working together, they establish, maintain and provide standardized safety training and record keeping that is crucial to businesses that must keep safety at the forefront.

Contractors that perform work on SSTA Member sites in Arizona require the SSTA card for contractor’s workers.  Member’s sites include Central Arizona Project, Phoenix AZ; Intel, Chandler, AZ; Medtronic Tempe AZ; Microchip, Tempe, AZ; On Semiconductor, Phoenix, AZ, and TRW Vehicle Safety Systems, Queen Creek, AZ.
