If an on-line student is in need of proof
of completion for their job site please have them email the On-line
training courses Outreach Trainer listed above, and they will provide
one if the student completes all requirements. A downloadable
completion certificate is not provided.

Upon completion of the 10-hour or 30-hour
course, you will receive a completion card from the Department of
Labor within 4-8 weeks. You must complete the end of course survey to
receive your card.
NOTE: Please complete the OSHA survey at the end of the OSHA 10 hour
or OSHA 30 Hour Outreach course. If you do not complete the OSHA
mandated course survey within three (3) months of completion,
360training.com will not be able to issue a Department of Labor (DOL)
card. If the 3 months has elapsed, you will be required to purchase
the course again and retake the course from the beginning. If you are
purchasing this course for your employee, please make them aware of
this requirement.

At your location, 8 Hour
HAZWOPER Course
The 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher Course
meets and exceeds OSHA requirements for annual refresher training of
employees in hazardous waste operations outlined in 29 CFR 1910.120(e).
This course is for consultants,
contractors, managers, supervisors, and technicians
who have completed 24 or 40 Hour HAZWOPER
courses.
The course is held in one day. The course
can be tailored to meet your company specific needs. Please contact SHE Solutions, LLC to schedule this course.
This course can be scheduled at your
facility.
SHE Solutions, LLC will conduct the one
day, 8 Hour training, at your facility, for the following price per
attendee. The price includes course materials:
Up to 20 attendees at your training room for $1,900.
Each additional attendee $95.
Travel expenses outside the Greater Phoenix Area are invoiced at cost.
Travel outside of Arizona, and over night stays are additional. A
fixed quote can be provided.
