Job Site Visit with Photo Report The Construction Job Site will be visited to check compliance with Serious OSHA requirements listed below. The Job Site Superintendent is encouraged to participate in the Job Site Visit walk, and fix safety non-compliances. Digital photos will be taken of serious unsafe actions and conditions on the project sites. A Potential Serious OSHA Violation Observations Report will be generated and E-mailed as an Adobe pdf. to the Job Superintendent and Contractor Owner so that corrective action can be taken. A visit to the projects will take place, and Potential Serious OSHA Violation Observations Report will be conducted for the following price per project location in the Greater Phoenix Arizona: Once a Month Job Site Visit Service once a month - Construction Project Job Site Visits and Potential Serious OSHA Violation Observations Report. $ 250 for One Job Site. Two Job Sites, $ 230 per Job Site.
