  NOTE: Please complete the OSHA survey at the end of the OSHA 10 hour or OSHA 30 Hour Outreach course. If you do not complete the OSHA mandated course survey within three (3) months of completion, 360training.com will not be able to issue a Department of Labor (DOL) card. If the 3 months has elapsed, you will be required to purchase the course again and retake the course from the beginning. Job Site Visit with Photo Report

The Construction Job Site will be visited to check compliance with Serious OSHA requirements listed below. The Job Site Superintendent is encouraged to participate in the Job Site Visit walk, and fix safety non-compliances.  Digital photos will be taken of serious unsafe actions and conditions on the project sites.  A Potential Serious OSHA Violation Observations Report will be generated and E-mailed as an Adobe pdf. to the Job Superintendent and Contractor Owner so that corrective action can be taken.
