The Safety Seminar Program "Improving Safety Results at Your Business." Is a great way to reduce costly injuries and incidents at your company. The safety seminar is for owners, vice-presidents, or managers with safety responsibility and/or safety directors or managers looking to improve results.

Your family and non-business friends are also invited to join the cruise and will receive the same low fare and amenities. They do not have to attend the safety seminar. Fares start at only $2,700 per person for this incredible event. (Double occupancy; not including your travel to and from the ship. Price also varies with time of year.)

Presentations and professional meetings will review safety concepts and techniques, convey information beyond basic safety education and update knowledge on advances in safety management techniques. Speakers are distinguished members of SHE Solutions professional network. Seminars are given in a conference room setting or in a hands on practical environment. The program is composed of brief, multiple topics which offer ample opportunity for sight-seeing experiences and other travel discoveries.

Besides the Safety Seminar, there are fun activities for all members of the family. There is fantastic Disney-style entertainment, meet-and-greets with Characters, amazing themed restaurants, dancing, swimming, spas and fitness programs, onboard shopping, and recreation and relaxation!

Yes, this seminar could be held in Anaheim, CA or Orlando, FL at one of the Disney properties, or at a nearby hotel.

The seminar or conference could be designed for the length of time that suits your needs. You may consider a 10 Hour OSHA Course, or some topics that apply to safety hazards your group faces.

Costs will depend on the number of attendees and location. We would be happy to work with you on putting together a customized meaningful event for your group that meets your budget.

Tax Deductibility Benefit for the Cruise
Tax benefits are available depending on your particular business situation. All programs are designed to comply with current IRS foreign convention rules and deductibility requirements under code section 274(h)(1) as directly related to the conduct of the attendee’s profession and meeting the reasonableness standard of the foreign seminar rules. When traveling on cruise ships, expense deductions are designed to comply with the Luxury Water Transportation Deductibility Rules.
